Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California privacy rights information for residents seeking to submit CCPA / CPRA requests to Preeley.

Last updated April 10, 2026Preeley Inc.Privacy-first documentation

Preeley does not sell personal information in the traditional sense and does not operate a cross-context behavioral advertising business model for the public site. We still provide California residents with a clear process to submit qualifying requests under the CCPA / CPRA.

Our position on selling or sharing information

Preeley does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not run a cross-context behavioral advertising program around employee wellbeing or customer platform data.

We provide this page because California law gives residents the right to ask about the collection, use, disclosure, and deletion of their personal information and to submit an opt-out request where applicable.

California rights available to residents

Subject to verification and legal exceptions, California residents may have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, disclosed, or shared, the sources of that information, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties involved.

Residents may also request deletion of qualifying personal information and may designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf where permitted by law.

  • Right to know.
  • Right to delete.
  • Right to correct where applicable.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Verification and authorized agents

Before completing a request, Preeley may need to verify identity, confirm California residency, or validate an authorized agent’s authority to act for the requester.

We may request additional documentation or contact the requester directly to prevent fraud, protect account security, and comply with legal requirements.

Exceptions and limitations

Some requests may be limited where personal information must be retained to provide the service, complete transactions, detect security incidents, comply with law, or exercise and defend legal claims.

If the relevant information is controlled primarily by an employer customer, Preeley may route or coordinate the request through that customer.
