What counts as an "active return plan"?
An active return plan is one employee currently moving through an active postpartum support timeline in Preeley during the billing period.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade when your program expands, and we will help map existing plans and data into the new tier without resetting the employee experience.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is required for Starter or Growth. Enterprise onboarding is scoped with you when SSO, data mapping, or compliance review is part of the rollout.
What happens to data if I cancel?
You can export program data before cancellation, and retention/deletion timelines follow the agreement terms and applicable legal obligations.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. Business Associate Agreements are available for Enterprise customers when procurement or risk review requires that level of coverage.
